Last night I went to Musgrave centre in Durban to watch a movie, I went to the self help terminal to buy my ticket, only to find that the machine is faulty, went to the counter where the one staff member is busy with another couple, she didn't seem very interested in helping anyone, while helping the other couple for a long time, I saw another self help machine and tried to purchase my ticket there. This rude staff member (while STILL busy with the other couple) told me that the machine is not working, I must wait. Waiting till she's done with the other couple, she was extremely rude and I could she is not interested in helping me, she told me that she can only take cash, I had my card in my hand and told her that I only have this card with me which was an AMEX card, she told me that I had broken all the machines now by swiping my AMEX card, because her machine does not accept AMEX card, now she must go and reboot all the terminals because of me and my card... People like this shouldn't be left to deal with public, there is lots of people looking for jobs, I am disgusted with the service at this Cinema!
