Pathetic Service No Service Feedback Delivery

Applied for a new contract at Clearwater Mall, Natasha 011 475 5718 on 21 April 2013. I have phoned daily from 29 April 2013 to determine delivery (delivery was promised 3 to 5 days) Nobody at this branch is in a position to assist with the delivery of the phone. Promises made and broken last answer said the phone is being couriered and will be in store 3 May 2013. Phone calls are not answered, held on for 35 minutes today no answer. Called Nashua Customer service, they confirmed the phone was delivered on 23 April 2013. Now somebody must be telling. In the mean time I have been billed and apparently even if I do not receive the equipment for the next couple of months I remain liable?!
