Cannot perform an upgrade that is due!

Been trying to perform an upgrade for my existing contract since 14th of April 2013! Made at least about 8 calls and every time you call you wait for 15-20min before an agent answers. Each time you call you have to perform security checks and explain the entire situation to some incompetent person that can barely read off the transcript in front of them. Once that is completed you get placed on hold again for another 5-10min by the agent, while only heaven knows what they busy doing. Eventually get told they will call you back and guess what? THE DON'T CALL YOU BACK!!! Been trying to perform online upgrade as well to obtain the free kit, then you get a message that a call centre agent is going to call you back shortly. IT NEVER HAPPENS. So you call them up and ask why nobody has called, then they offer to assist with upgrade. And yes, no the entire process starts again! Then when you ask about the free stuff you get when you do it online, they say you need to do the upgrade online to get the free stuff. NO WHAT THE AM I SUPPOSE TO DO HERE TO GET AN UPGRADE DONE???!!! Manager refuses to take calls!!!??!!
