I dialled 808 from my cell phone and the voice prompt informed me that my hand set will be due for an upgrade on the 1st of September 2013.
I then called the corporate call centre (083-900-3621) on the 4th, the agent did an entire upgrade while I was on the call and provided me with MT 4580140 as a reference number.
It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received my new hand set as yet and when I escalated this query I was told that I am not due for an upgrade.
Now tell me how does this make sense? I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the agent doing what? The agent confirmed that I was due for an upgrade and when I called 808 again, it stated that I am due for an upgrade on the 1st of September 2013.
This service is unacceptable and I will be notifying the Firstrand Group of this poor service.
