Vodacom advertises that an upgrade can be done online, not so because when you choose that option all it does is let you jot your details down for them to call you. Then I chat online to a consultant they say the online upgrade must be done via a call back as online could be open to, yet a few lines later they are asking for my personal details. Now either the upgrade can be done online or it cant. If I wanted to call in to upgrade I would as its free, online is convenient and more accessible than signal where I am. I see this advert of online upgrades as very misleading because its not done online its done telephonically, misleading and a lie!! If Im confused then please point out where I read incorrectly
