CANCELLATION OF ONLINE UPGRADE

On the 07/11/2013 I went through the online upgrade process. I had everything completed and signed, returned to VODACOM by 11h00. On VODACOM's website it states that upgrade done online before 12h00 will be delivered within 24 hours. On the 08/11/2013 I was awaiting the delivery of my upgrade, 12h00 came and went 14h00 came and went. I therefore called upgrade call centre, where I was informed that upgrades take up to 3 days to process, this detail was never given to me. I therefore decided to cancel the upgrade and go into one of VODACOM's shops to do the upgrade as I required the phone urgently. I went through the cancellation process and was then informed that this takes 3 days to be process. I then asked to be transferred to a manager to discuss the issue, this was between 15h00 and 15h30. Even though I have cancelled the upgrade, on the 01 December 2013 the upgrade is done on my contract, I have lost the money loaded on my cell phone.
