I just took a contract with Vodacom and tried to contact them with the settings. Tried to contact Vodacom and their IVR advised that I have exceeded my time in calling their customer service line I must wait for the next month. I am sitting with the phone that I am unable to use and I am paying vodacom as they are debiting me direct from my account but the service I am getting stinks. They gave me another to call and was advised that I will be charged if not willing to wait. Service is bad and vowed that I will never take a contract with Vodacom again.
