UPGRADE GONE WRONG

Im really annoyed with the pathetic service received from cell c, i called the call centre to do a upgrade the agent then loaded me on the incorrect top up package i called the call centre and this was suppose to be rectified, after numerous calls i was promised everytime that the agent would call me back however this did not happen.
once receiving the phone no one in the cell c dep knew how to update a micro sim - i had a phone that was not activated for 4 days, i called the call centre back and forth, then a sim swop needed to be done then, then it was not necessary. every agent that i spoke to had a different explanation of what needed to be done
i sent an inquiry to the customer care e-mail adress and received a response with reference number 1307230000121090 saying that someone would respond within 24/48hrs.
2months later. i call the call centre today the 1st consultant told me that she cannot view my upgrade i need to wait till the 27th Sept. the second agent told me that she will get Lucia Lekhona from the upgrade deparmtnet to call me back this is the agent that was suppose to call me back initially 2 months ago. i would really just love to cancel my contract.
