On the 19-02-2013 I submitted my phone to John Mokena (TFR4848645) at Maponya Mall, and on the 26-02-2013 I received an email from Karedi Motsau (HVRC Contact Centre Agent) saying that the shop only booked my phone on the 21-02-2013 and it was a day later of waaranty period. I booked my phone within the warranty period, it is not my fault that somebody only booked it in 2 days later. I have reported this problem on numerous occation without any success (REQ 1860511 and 6432881).
