Phone booked in 3 months ago, no feedback

I booked my phone in with Hellen from the Vodacom Shop in Rivonia. I did not get immediate confirmation that it would be booked in, as she was complaining about the upgraded systems which were slow, so she said she would email me the confirmation once she received it, which she did not do and I had to follow up daily, until a week later I received the confirmation as the systems were then suddenly faster.

I booked my phone in October 2013 and it is now January 2014 and I have not received and feedback from her. I had to call one of the employees at Vodacom H/O to assist me and she says that my phone has been ready since October 2013 at the Sandton Repair Centre. Vodacom Shop in Rivonia has not contact me once. I contacted Hellen today and she said she'd call back which she didn't. I then called back and she told me to go fetch it in Sandton.

REALLY!!!
