Im afraid you do not understand what happened of has been misinformed. I never booked my phone in for a screen replacement. I booked my phone in for a repair as advised by Karedi Motsau at the repair centre. My insurance wanted to replace my phone pending a Ber report they up to date never received. My request was to fix my phone to a working condition which did not happen even though I paid full upfront. The manager at MTN somerset mall says that the repair centre made a mistake and failed to do a proper inspection before quoting. I paid R1313.88 now she says that before my phone can be fixed I need to pay another R 1700 but refuses to supply me a quote she was going to send last week already now she avoids me.
