I Vuyo Deyi on the 10th of January i booked my phone at carlton branch to be fixed the only problem that i encounted with my handset is that it is freezing and the touch screen take time to respond, so i booked my phone for warranty assessment only to find out that my phone was booked only for repairs.the consultant who was helping me is Mamoagi.i booked my phone almost 3 times but still it was booked for repairs, what really frustrates me is that my phone was in good condition when i booked it and it still qualify for warranty assessment.when my phone got back for repairs it was'nt the same so i didn't accept it, because some of the parts were refurbished.still when my phone got back for the second time it was totally the same i encounted the very same problems i had before.on the 8th of April 2013 i my self had to go to crown mines at repair centre to book my phone for warranty but when i got a feed back from them, they told me that my handset was rejected reason being the LCD is damaged. I am terrified with MTN as a whole because they don't apply their consumer protection Act.if some one is willing to help contact 0737647366
