I took mac book pro on contract last year June with Mtn at crest (entrance 1) i was told that should i experience any technical problems i can just go to Northgate as there is an onsite tech. on the 4 feb i went to north gate as i have a problem with the laptop, when i got there i was told that the tech has been transferred to Cresta (pick'n pay side), i went there and they told me they don't have an onsite tech, i went back to the entrance one Mtn because i was tired of being sent from pillar to post, then they gave me some 0831236070 number to call, called that number on the 13th then they also gave me another number to call for some Core co. since that day till today I'm still unable to get through to that number, it just takes you to "an available consultant" for ever. All i need is for my laptop to be fixed as that too much to ask for. This i must say is the worst service i've ever received.
