The handset was first booked in on the 11th of January 2013 whilst the handset was still under warranty, I then received a quotation of R742.00 service request ref: 1-603890426 .The handset was still under warranty then why did I receive this quotation because there was no physical damaged on handset? When I called the HVRC call center to query this issue the agent Informed me that the handset has been dispatched back to Kempton Park MTN. I received the handset on the 15th of February 2013 the very same day the handset warranty expires. After length telephone discussion with the HVRC agent I was advised to check in the phone again which I did the very same day. Today I receive another quotation of R1800 jobcard ref# WSCB3382979. I do not understand why was my handset was not repaired the first time.
I am not really happy with the service I received from MTN. I believe MTN is taking me for joy ride.
