My ADSL was not working when I came back from holiday. I spent an hour on the phone with someone in the call centre who didn't seem to know what the problem is. He said I should submit a password change request. I submitted a change Password form via Fax and my password was never reset. I therefore submitted the same forms via email and received a case number: CAS-1692592-ZCLDZ1. This was sent on Wed 9 Jan and I have yet to receive a response.
