Unable to reset password

Good Day

I am extremely frustrated at the fact that I cannot reset my password. I have followed the instructions on the website to provide my email address in order for an email to be sent to me so that I can reset my password but to no avail. I have tried about 8 times to have a password reset email sent to me but nothing. I have tried on my computer, on my tablet, on my phone but nothing. Please please could someone help me with this. I am unable to log in to my account to view my details or do anything now because I don't have a password. The consultant told me it might be my email because on the system it shows message sent but there is nothing wrong with my email. This is the same email address you sent the initial application approved details to but now for some reason you cant send a password reset message to it.

Really frustrated right now and call centre really is as they cannot assist with much.
