Cannot reset password

First of all, for a company like Mweb to not have a simple password reset facility is frankly 1990's tech. Even telkom can reset password and send to cellphone, yet here you have to fill in a form and sign and fax/ email it.
After 2 attempts to do this, no one has contacted me and the temp password does not work. I even phoned them to find out and they could not help.
