I accidentally forgot my online password for online banking, when I tried to use FNB's reset access details tab and following all the instructions. When I enter my new password I receive the following error " No data returned"
I tried using different passwords, but unfortunately I still received the same error.
Why do I need to phone FNB and need to pay R50 to change my password, I am sorry but I am not willing to do that due to the fact that your online system should be working correctly and that a person should be able to change their password online?
I do a lot of online banking and due to FNB's online system not working, I am now unable to do so for the past few days. It's really urgent that I gain access to my online profile as there are a few crucial transactions that I need to do.
Please assist!
