MWEB Technical Support DOES NOT HELP YOU!!!

I have signed up 7 days ago with Mweb for a domain and cannot login.
The password provided by MWEB does not work.
I sent my ID and filled out a password reset request form and the password was SMS'd to my cell phone.
Moments later i enter the exact password to login to my domain and it DOES NOT WORK.
After making speaking to 2 separate consultants for 25 MINUTES EACH, STILL NO JOY.
I ask them to send me FEEDBACK and resolve matter, and i have not heard from them to date.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this LEVEL OF SERVICE.
MWEB, HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT ON FIRST CALL RESOLUTION!!!
