New password request

I have been struggling for 2 weeks non stop to reset my password for Mysubs. I have reset the password and am still waiting on the email that is supposed to arrive with the password. I have emailed and emailed but nobody from Mysubs have contacted my neither have I received a new password. How difficult can it be to give me new password!!
I am paying for Mysubs BUT IS NOT ABLE TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS THAT YOU ARE SO GRACEFULLY TAKING FROM ME!
