3 weeks later still no Iphone 5 emty Promises made

I fail to understand that I have to wait 3 weeks for MTN to receive stock

Shaun told me that I was 3rd on his list and he would phone me as soon as MTN received stock
of the IPhone 5 64GB

I called the call centre now and was informed from lerato in retentions department that they received stock yesterday morning and was sold out once again by the evening

I would like to cancel my contract with MTN and I refuse to pay any penalties on my contract I have 4 months left on my contract please call me with a solution today still
