Dating Buzz is huge. My password was incorrect. Requested a reset on a Friday. Automatic response. "Out of office til Monday". What? A major 'service provider'? My other service providers (eg ADSL) are there 24/7! I sent another request today for a password reset. Email response: Your password has been emailed to you (something along those lines). Nothing yet. I went onto the site and wrote to Dating Buzz requesting that they respond. NOTHING. They are pathetic regarding service delivery.
