Reset password link does not work!!!

This is the third time in the space of months I have tried to reset my password: First time, after numerous attempts, I had to opt for the 2 hour sit in the bank, the second time it worked after half an hour of continually trying to change it and now it does not want to work at all. Then I call in and find out that I have to pay R50 to get a consultant to help me... Excuse me? For YOUR broken links? My complaint is exactly the same as a previous complaint here on Hello Peter so nothing has changed since then. I get as far as inserting my new password and after that, Blank pop -ups. I have about 10 OTP sms's on my phone after all my attempts, changed my browsers and have the correct format for my new password, so now what could it possibly be? Please get back to me as soon as possible. I will never forget my password again, way too much hassle for a service which is supposed to be convenient and an alternative for going into the bank.
