Re: complaint posted on 25/4/13 (about poor internal security for customers) and still no response, despite most complaints until 29/4/13 having already received a response from MTN. And now, I spoke with the MTN credit dept. a week or two ago, requesting that the debit order for my account be stopped for the time being and if I could arrange a new payment plan (as I obviously hadn't budgeted for an extra R11000 on my phone bill for this month) - they told me that was fine and that the debit order had been cancelled for now. Big surprise - my bank account was debited R11000 today! This is unacceptable!
