Misleading advertising on Internet and in store

I was at the Centurion Mall branch 1 May 2013, to do an upgrade on my account I have with Cell C for several years now. I was helped by Tshidi, she gave us excellent service and would like to thank her for that.

I have already made several calls to all numbers supplied but with no luck. No one seems to be able to help me. I have sent emails well.

False advertising led me to take a contract that is not according to my needs. On the internet Tshidi showed me what the difference is in cost when I take the Galaxy S4 on the Top Up package as I do not like to take open accounts for several reasons. On the system it was for R429.00 including 100 any time minutes, 100 monthly sms's/mms's an 1000MB monthly data. After the upgrade was complete and all documentation signed she said that she just spoke to someone and they say its only 100MB data monthly, although the 1000MB was stated on all the documents signed. The Web site still displays the package and I feel that they are misleading people to take out contracts with misleading information.

I would like to get the package that was offered to me at the price it was advertised. That is what I signed for on the contract.
