This is the second complaint I am logging against MTN. They messed up my account about 10 weeks ago, and despite 6 requests raised by me, as well as 2 official billing disputes, they still have not supplied me with any feedback, nor with the itemised bill I have been requesting.
In my eyes, this is now very close to being considered a case. Month after month they try to debit my account with a ridiculous amount, and month after month I arrange with my bank to block to debit order.
I feel I have no choice but to go to the ombudsman with this
