FNB did an unauthorised debit order from my cheque account into my credit card in the middle of the month after I already made 2 payments prior to that! My instalments are only due at the end of every month and I never gave my consent for a debit order to take place in the middle of the month! Consultants are not helpful over the phone. Have sent a written complaint to the complaints department so am now waiting for a response. Should the response not be to my satisfaction I will be directing the complaint to the OMBUDSMAN.
