A debit order was returned by the bank but rectified by me with an EFT payment. A double debit order was offered the following month and both debit orders was paid by bank. this resulting the account to be in credit.
I have tried to get this situation rectified since October with absolutely no response from ADT on my emails or messages left for a Mr. J King at his office. I have spoken to him and requested a detailed statement prior to sending an e mail with proof of payment of the EFT payment.
I find this lack of interest very bad customer service and wonder if this response actually will be the same in a life threatening situation.
I would def not recommend ADT as a supplier to any prospective clients and wished I have done more research on them prior to doing business.
I have suggested that we move away from them for our business security due to poor service and response and have subsequently signed a contract with another supplier.
