The closed for a week to do maintenance, so for me was no problem, because really the club needed it. After a week when every body can use again the club, we saw that they didn't do anything in the changing rooms, The sauna is not working from before they closed the wood from the sauna is broken, they didn't even change a glove, from one of the showers that was broken before they closed, is really disgusting, how they have the rooms, shower, sauna and the steam room, nothing is working, they didn't do any every thing is the same or worse, I think for the money that they are charging me is not fear, that I don't receive nothing back, today was very cold and I wanted to go to the sauna, and of course no even the machine was replaced still not working, I need and explanation, why?! I asked to speak to Nadia, and until now I didn't hear from her!!
