Tracey-Lee, in written and in a phone call you have promised me monitoring and stated that "Hygiene is of utmost importance to us". After more than 1 month NOTHING has changed, no improvement of hygiene, no controls. From the VA management I still get the same promises as the did the last 2 years. It is very obvious that the VA management and staff has no basic training and understanding of hygiene (there is bacteria and high risk of infection even if the sauna looks clean) and don't cares about the health of VA members. The VA service delivery for this sauna is a disaster. Now even wet shaving on the bench in front of the sauna seems to be allowed. I have discussed with the management some simple actions to improve the hygiene but except "yes we will do" nothing happens. It seems each member can set his own sauna rule and not VA has the control of the sauna. Really unbelievable!
