The sauna at Slater has been out of order for 3 weeks. Upon inquiring they responded that they are waiting for spares.
The hygiene over weekends, and from 16:00 during the week, are pathetic. There seems to be no cleaners to clean the toilets or showers. The soap bowls were still as dirty as the previous day showing that whoever were supposed to clean, didn't do it properly. Cooldrink bottles are lying around. Toilets aren't flush and in the mens the rings are not lifted.
I have been a member at Slater for 5 years but lately the customer service is not up to standard.
