Everyday at 2pm the change room turns nightmare

I have complained twice and never heard a word from the club manager.
The cleaning staff at Grayston VA (Sandton) are behaving in a manner of which I believe to be a disgrace to Virgin Active. I only belong to the Virgin so that I can use the sauna and steam room as I do all my training in my own gym up the road. What is making my experience so unpleasant is that everyday during the week at 2pm when the staff is changing over the cleaning staff make the change room their party room.
ie: They shout to each other creating a disturbance; they use the sauna with out wearing a costume or panties or even a towel; one of them even sat in there wearing her work trousers and a vest and shoes still on?? ; The dry their underwear in the sauna.
one of ladies used the sauna to dry off after her shower using a face towel to wipe down her body and private parts and then wring out the face towel over the hot rocks and thus causing body odour steam to rise up and fill the sauna!! ; They around chatting in the shower room whilst others take a shower..still shouting.
I also noticed they store their things on top of the lockers and climb up and down on the lockers.
