1. Undisciplined and loud reception area especially over weekends, one could think that it's a bar area
2. Frequent power cuts - late sms notices
3. Continuous non functional sauna and steam rooms
4. Lazy cleaners in the ladies change rooms
5. Sauna door broken - mission to close
6. Sauna Light off - how long does it take to change a light bulb?
7. Tiles lifting in the steam room - is this a costly exercise to fix this?
8. Duty staff not being aware of all the issues in the ladies change rooms eg. Non functional sauna, filth in the sauna area
