I went in to cancel my gym contract. I was told that it only ends in jan 2014 . I informed the lady that I knew about this and that I had gotten a settlement fee. I was told not to be rude and to phrase my questions better. I told her I am not being rude and that I would just like to cancel my contract. She got very rude about everything, through my paper work at me, when I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that she will not get him and that I am stuck dealing with her. Once all the paper work was done and out of the way, i paid the settlement and asked how long it would take to be processed, i was told i should know seeing as i know everything. This was unacceptable as there was no need for her to act the way she did and be rude to a customer. I have tried to contact the manager, but he seems to never be at the gym. This was a horrible experience for me and I do hope that no-one else will receive the treatment I did. I will never refer anyone to planet fitness.
