They replaced the sauna after the pipes of the portable ozone sauna were damaged during testing just after installation. There was another account number written on the box which they gave me as 'new'. When I asked about it, the person said they changed my account number because of a problem they had with their network. I was never notified. When I asked him about Invoice and contract, he promised to let me have those documents with the 'new' account number sent to me the next day. Nothing yet. Thereafter I contacted them via e-mail.
I requested a users manual specifically for the ozone sauna, because there were conditions which were excluded from its use, mentioned by 2 agents and a senior in the company. Nothing yet. I do no want to use this product without the users/instruction manual because who's to blame if something should go wrong?
