Message I have addressed the issue of the sauna that is off 50% of the time with the club manager. The following day the sauna was off again. Yesterday it was not working and today its off again at 05.45am.this is a constant problem and there seems to be an inability to solve the problem or a "dont care" attitude. Im so fed up with the poor service this club provides. We also on a regular basis do not have hot water. How difficult can it be to switch on the sauna as part of your opening procedure??? We constantly complain and nothing is ever corrected properly> there is no feedback or communication from the manager with regards to our complaints except a sms saying"sorry" we will attend to it. What alot of rubbish. I think will do what my fellow "early" morning gymers are gonna do and revoke my membership and move to a company that values us as clients. Regards, Gary
