What are we paying for when theres no improvement

This is not the first time I am complaining about this club and most certainly won't be the last. I have been a of the club for 4 years and even before virgin active took over health and racket we have been training at this club. I would firstly like to know what members are paying for? The aircon which was repaired last year is once again not working 100%. It feels like sitting in a sauna in the evenings. You can hardy breath and the club is over crowded most evenings which just makes it worse. It is NO fun to train in such conditions. Secondly the water points don't have any pressure most of the time. Its annoying when the heat is unbearable in the club and there's hardly any water to go with it. The worst of it all is, that virgin active waste money on phone calls, asking members to give a rating on the club and nothing happens. Maybe virgin active should transfer both my husband and myself to a club that actually delivers. If it wasn't for vitality, I would have cancelled my membership long ago. Its sad to see that this club is always put last. but that the members are expected to pay the same membership fee as members from other clubs. PATHETIC
