I was in the market for a Sauna, a friend referred me to saunazone DOT CO DOT ZA, a Dominic then replied to my mails, trying to tell me what Sauna to take instead of me trying to decide.
I told dominic I'm interested in Rock Sauna's and not just the Sauna he was mentioning, since then, a day ago, no mails, no reply, couldn't be bothered, imagine you purchase a Sauna from them, after sale service would stink, I would not recommend Sauna Zone, thanks goodness for competition as his service stinks. He has a fancy website but behind that NO SERVICE!
The customer is KING sauna zone, in CAPITAL letters!!!
