Uniformative terrible service

Sandra mailed me info & their special "Pay NOW for DECEMBER & JANUARY then only pay R450.00 for the 2 months (3 times per week) or R 375.00 (2 times per week)" & I took the special of R450.00 (Including 1 free lesson). I went for the free lesson on 18/11/2013. I was so excited to find someone who was willing to help me (as most Boot camp trainers were rude/unhelpful) so I started on 25/11/2013. I went on 25/11/2013, 26/11/2013, 3/12/2013, 5/12/2013 & 12/12/2013 out of 9 lessons as the weather was VERY BAD the other days. Not only did I have to ask every time if there is boot camp, but I was never notified if there were other days to catch up. I asked Sandra if there is any way to catch up? Maybe just give me the exercises we WOULD HAVE DONE anyway on those days & she said no problem. I waaaited but nothing. I completely understand the weather is no one's fault but I expect solutions to get value for my money at least! She insisted to pay back my pro-rata. She only paid back for Jan.?! I expect to get back the money for the 19 lessons I NEVER GOT! I was never clearly informed of how we are going to settle things, if I should still come for the rest of Dec. amongst other things.
