Good Day
I have cancelled my contract of 12month's an email was sent to Tebogo regarding the cancellation, i have sent a number of emails to Teboho which were not replied to, and today when i enquired about it Mpumie informed me that Teboho has left the company, i explained to her that Zone fitness keeps on debiting my account even after my contract has expited, to my surprise she responded" there is nothing she can do as Tebogo has left the company and she dznt have access to her emails" this was shocking for me, as i know that if there is any communication between yourself and a client one is supposed to keep those things in a file somewhere so that if anyone else needs to access that info they can at the the end of the day it's not your personal issue it's work related hence it must be kept on file... i asked mpumie what do i do now as it's not my fault that they dont have a proper filling system... SHE ADVISED ONCE AGAIN THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO...
my contract ended in October and wassupposed to be cancelled i would like it cancelled now, and the debit order taken in November to be reversed back to my account please... another thing is that a manager promised tio call he ddnt.
