I bought a lounge suite and hi-fi from Beares.
After a month the lounge suite chairs top part broke. I went to the store with the part. I said that I want to cancel the deal because of the bad quality Sandra, the manager agreed and said that I must still pay for the hi-fi. After I phoned them a couple of times and was at the store as well a couple of times to arrange for collection. Every time Sandra said she will phone me witch she never did.
After I phoned again on 18/09/20143 they picked it up and Sandra said as soon as the stuff is back at the store she will phone me to arrange the payment. On 19/09/2013 I phoned her again and she said that I must come after 10:00 then we can sort it. At 10:20 I was there and she said that she is busy and will phone me within the hour as soon as she can help me. It is 13:42 and still she have not phoned me.
I must pay for cancelation and bank fees because I cancel the deal because of the bad quality. The saleslady, manager and finance lady gave me different amounts that I must still pay.
I am very unhappy with Beares and the manager, Sandra. Sandra is very rude since this story. She make promises and doesn't keep it.
