I recently acquired the services of AA Northwest driving school. The guy was very polite in the beginning; in fact he called me a few times each day until I had agreed to give him the business. I had paid R250 for a single lesson at first because I was sceptical as I had issues with other driving schools. The first lesson was fine. I had then made a payment of R2300 for ten lessons.
My first lesson was on Wednesday the 13th November 2013. I had noticed an immediate change in his behaviour. He was rude, abrupt and very impolite. I decided to terminate his services on the second day. His explaination was that he was in pain from a toothache. If that was the case, then he should have stayed home and not wasted my money not to mention vent on me. I had agreed to finish the second lesson, he however asked me to get out of his car and threatened me. He is now refusing to refund my R2000. He is making allegations against me simply because he is bitter about the cancellation. I wonder if it is only people who are non-white that recieve this type of treatement. He is a and should not be allowed to operate. I have a right to have my money back.
