I moved into my townhouse on the 1st of December 2012. Jait, the agents attitude was horrible and disturbing. Up to the point that I went in to speak to her pricipal, face to face. Sandra, the principal was very understanding and assisted me promptly. At the beginning of January 2013, I advised Jait and Sandra, that I was being relocated back to Jhb and asked if they could asist me in any way to get me back asap. In the meantime, I had other agents comming in and out of my place, as it was for sale also, by the owner. On the 15th of January 2013, a gentleman to come view. He was immediately happy and wanted to move in. I informed them both, that I was willing to assist him/them that he could be able to move in by the end of the month. AS LONG AS I WOULD BE GIVEN SUFFICIANT NOTICE. I recieved a call from Jait on the 22nd of January 2013, to inform that they should be signing his contract the next day. Then nothing. Upon my return to Polokwane on Monday 28 January, I went straight to their office. To be given verbal notice that i had to be vacated by Thursday 31 January 2013, by 12h00? (65hrs) I am so out of place, frustrated and insulted, after being treated like dirt.
