I went to Camp Master to get info on Tent Poles for my Camp Master Acacia
Tshepo advised me that they can make this it will be no problem and he will let me know as soon as it is finished.
I called a month later asking him when can I expect the poles and he could not give me an answer
The call was logged the 2 Oct 2013 so it has been 2 months now and I am still waiting for his call
I think this is unacceptable and I have always supported Camp Master as I just recently bought a tent again from Makro that they have made
I would just like to get my poles so that I can use my tent again
