Dear Planet Fitness
Male and Female members of the cleaning staff at Lakefield Planet Fitness (Benoni) use the Children's Cr? che area as a place to around during their tea break and watch TV. This complaint has been made by a number of customers.
The Manager "Gary" is not available and hides in meetings (I have tried 4 times to see him each time he is either not there or in a meeting). Gary also does not bother to return phone calls. The reception promised to have him call me 3 times and I left 2 phone requests.
This problem was reported previously and the activity stopped for some time but is now happening again.
I consider this to be an indication of totally incompetent and cowardly management.
