My husband is a member at Sanlam Center in PAROW, I am responsible for paying the Zone account at end of each month via MY Cheque account since Aug. For the 1st time I skipped payment April due to financial difficulty, I communicated via email 17May with a Zone fitness Agent (ELIZABETH MONWABISI) explain my situation&asked for Double payment to be done from my Acc on end May. I also asked them to stop debiting my acc as it making unnecessary bank charges since there's no money in the account at that moment. I Was told by Elizabeth my Account details was sent to the Relevant department. End of May till 4 June I had enough in my acc for the Double payment, To my surprise 7 July, I received SMS saying I am still in arrears double debit was not done. I mailed asking WHY the arrangement was not done, UP till today never received a reply, I PHONED twice 0215528827 was promised to be contacted back, no one came back to me, EMAILED NATALIE (Manager) still never received response or call. My account is again debited ENTIRE June&Failed charges OVER R400 so far of which I feel is unfair&I am not willing to pay this charges again since I made arrangements of which THIS ZONE AGENT obviously did not do her Work.
