My wife ordered a dress on Wicount, and after waiting over a month we were eventually put in touch with Maxitrading as they are the supplier. They were very quick in helping us find the parcel (the post office had it but hadn't put a collection slip in our box), and we were able to collect it the same day. Very happy with the service, will buy from them again!
