I ordered a MaxiVacuum cleaner in JANUARY via a promotion on WICOUNT and am STILL trying to acertain the whereabouts of my order, (cost of which was charged to my credit card) since then. After contacting Wicount CUSTOMER CARE?? I have been led a merry dance and passed on to the supplier, MAXITRADING, and given Tracking numbers which do not exist according to SAPO .Subsequent requests for them to contact me via phone have been ignored and which they seem incapable or unwilling to do. I contacted SAPO as I was told by MAXITRADING there was a strike - hence the delay, which is rubbish, according to SAPO . I am sick and tired of trying to get to the bottom of this matter and to find somebody who ACTUALLY CARES!! and somebody who will take up this matter to its CONCLUSION and actually PHONE me personally with a response!
