I purchased a product in January - the track and trace help line advised me on numerous occassions that my parcel was not being dispatched due to the postal strike-i was eventually told that my parcel was at Bryanston Post Office in APRIL (without any notice from the post office i might add) this discovery was from me phoning & enquiring. When i sent for the parcel to be collected i was told that it had been returned to sender. I contacted Wicount to ascertain what should be done now & was told after they investigated that the parcel was now LOST & that i must apply for a refund. I applied for this "refund" over 3 weeks ago i am told today that they have now apparently found this parcel and that i must pay an additional R50 for them to re-post it in order to start this whole saga over again. After explaining that i am not willing to pay this additional fee as this was not my fault i am now expected to let this whole case rest ¬ receive my package or any REFUND?! I will NEVER again purchase anything from WICOUNT &find the emails that were sent to me from "The MaxiTrading Team" to be extremely insulting - I will unsubscribe from Wicount &continue to tell all of my bad experience
