Lost my collection slip, help to retrieve parcel

Left some goods in the Drakensburg and paid R100.00 to send goods up to Pretoria. Received the slip to collect goods and we by accident misplaced the slip and battling to get assistance to retrieve the parcel. We we told by the cashier to wait for the second slip. Still no slip. Its been 2 months after they have posted the parcel. Is there a way of finding the parcel before it gets send back to the Drakensburg. Cashier does not know how to assist. They don't answer their telephones either.
